Payment Order Placement, Cancellations:

The costs of items are in USD (U.S Dollars) on our site. Also, payment is going to be received within the same currency. the company starts performing on your requested order if they need to receive the whole amount due on you which ones includes taxes, shipping charges, etc. via some authenticated payment source.

Design Orders:

The difference in finished product size
All Packaging Material is shipped flat and Pre-assembled

Gang printing:

Our company doesn’t use the combined or gang printing technique for the bulk of the printing products. In line with the printing requirements of the company and customers, the company can use any printing technique which is well-suited to them.

Overruns Underruns:

The company normally delivers the perfect amount of products ordered together with an additional amount. This extra amount of the merchandise delivered is freed from charge. Just in case of fewer products delivered or underrun, the company will just deduct the quantity of the delivered products. The company walks behind the overall rule of delivering 5% extra or less quantity of delivered products.

Production Speed, Shipping and delivery of orders:

Placing an order on our website you’ll select the manufacturing speed which shows no of working days from printing to the shipment. You must send your agreement to the proof before 10 am Central civil time (CT). The company and employees try their best to produce you your products in time via shipping. Just in case of any delay, UG Packaging isn’t chargeable for any loss/damage done because of the delay in shipping. The purchasers accept that the company isn’t liable for any delay because of the weather or customs issues that can’t be controlled directly by us. If there’s a problem with the printing, the costs are going to be refunded although orders aren’t cancelled caused by delay in printing.

You decide to bill the complete amount in terms of customs duties and charges when shipped to respective locations. As a customer, it’s your duty to clear amounts of custom for shipping the products outside the USA. The company provides 10 to 12 days for shipping the merchandise while 6-8 days for accelerated shipping (with 2-3 days for ground shipping) to any location within the USA having no weight and quantity limit.
